Condition of Product: The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all packaging, accessories, and documentation intact. The product must be free from damage, wear, or any other signs of use.

Return Window: Returns must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Costs: The Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt.

We are an online jewelry company that primarily ships orders directly to our customers. Most of our pieces are made to order or shipped in batches from our factory. This helps us maintain the highest quality while offering unique and exclusive styles.

Please note:

We only carry a limited selection of 1-of-1 pieces (such as watches and high-value iced-out products) on hand for overnight shipping.
Our Cuban chains are not stocked for regular overnight shipping and are typically available only during special on-demand runs at pop-up events in select cities.
Meet-ups and same-day pickups are only accommodated during these pop-up events when we’re physically present in your city.
